Create a locked staking pool for any ETERNAL token. Set an optional ETERNAL creator reward (ERC20) + PEPU from bonding curve is always earned.
Triggers the bonding curve's reward collection. Accumulated PEPU from buy/sell taxes flows into this pool and is split among all stakers.
As the creator, you can recover any unvested creator reward tokens after the pool has ended.
